You mean the rules that make 40 venerable, naked halfling commoner 1s more dangerous than 20 lvl 1 fighters with good stats, full plate and actual weapons? The rules that tell the fighter "You know those Great Cleave and Whirlwind attack feats you took specifically to deal with mobs of opponents? Yeah, now that you are facing a mob of opponents you can't use them, bwahahahaha"? Those rules?
