Iron Heroes Critters In D&D?

Just how different are the monsters in the Iron Heroes Bestiary from the Monster Manual 3.5 Monsters?

I'm considering buying the book, but the thing is I don't DM or play Iron Heroes. I'd like to know how compatible the monsters are with D&D before buying something I might not ever use.

Absolutely compatible, with the catch that some monsters have feats/powers from the main IH book.

By and large, though, you can run them straight up in 3.5 D&D with no trouble and no need for "porting over".
