The revised Iron Heroes PDF is now available. It's priced at $14.95. People who previously purchased the original PDF will receive a voucher to purchase it for $5 instead. If you bought the PDF before and don't receive the coupon, please PM me (or failing that, e-mail ironheroes (at) fierydragon.com) with the site you purchased it from, the order number, the e-mail used for the purchase and your preferred current e-mail.

This revised version features errata and clarifications for:

  • 6 traits
  • 40 class abilities
  • 5 skills
  • 27 feats
  • 9 magical methods

And much more.

Looking forward to getting the voucher and revised version.

Could you expound a little about the magical method revisions? Is this tweaking or overhauling of the magic system?

The revised book merely contains the errata identified by Iron Heroes fans since the game's release. If you use the original rulebook and the errata and clarifications (link in my signature) you'll have exactly the same rules as someone using the revised book.

I'm not sure exactly how fast the vouchers will go out, but it's an automated process, so if you bought the original PDF (from either FDP or Malhavoc) and don't have one by the beginning of next week, something's probably amiss and you should let me know.

If you bought the print book, you can still download the errata from the website for free, but - as was stated two months ago when the revised PDF was announced - there is no discount on the new PDF for people who only bought the print edition because we have no way of knowing who did so.

Edit to say: I'm going away for a few days and won't have net access until I get back, so if you post a question here and don't get a reply imemdiately, don't worry. I'll get to it when I get back.

I got the coupon, but it arrived two days after the coupon expired. Not very happy about that.

The day it was sent was the day it expired, but the actual missive did not arrive until today. Why e-mail would take two days to arrive is anyone's guess.
