I contacted my vendor (YourGamesNow) who advised me to contact Fiery Dragon. I did that and got my revised PDF within 24 hours (after paying the $5 of course ).

Missing Coupons

Hi folks, it is important that you make contact with your eBook vendor to use the coupon or obtain one if it went missing as they are very important to our sales model and we don't want to go around them if that is your original purchase point.

That said, I have had a small handful I dealt with directly by email using paypal. If you are not having any luck with your vendor then send your details to onlinesales [at] fierydragon.com and I will take care of it. PLEASE try your original vendor first though!

In particular, you should do everything you can to work things out through your vendor so that you will be included on any updates to the PDF (for instance, in the next couple of weeks everyone who bought the Revised PDF should get a download link from their vendor for an updated version - we found some typos and the like that needed to be fixed).

Edit: In the mean time, I will see what we can do to help out The Auld Grump.

I want to thank Capellan and Suzi Yee - they went to a good deal of trouble so that I might be able to get the revised edition. Then I almost missed it, I was away from the computer for much of the past few weeks, and their reply was buried beneath an avalanche of SPAM.
