Have you picked up "Liber Mechanika"? They made some substantial changes to your class. Some are designed to fit into the newly revised mechanika creation rules (which I'm still wrapping my head aroundl.)

I'd be happy to fill you in.

I just bought it, as in 5 min. ago, on ebay. It won't arrive for a week or so though. Gimme a rundown of the highpoints and I'll take a look at it in depth when the book arrives.

Sure thing. I'll give you the changes up to and including 4th level.

Skills:
Climb is no longer a class skill.
Craft (small arms) is no longer a class skill.
Disable Device is no longer a class skill.
Use Rope is no longer a class skill.

BAB:
ArM now has Cleric's (or Average) BAB progression (i.e. 0, +1, +2, +3, +3 , etc ...) instead of Wizard's (Poor).

Weapon and Armor Proficiency:
ArM are no longer proficient with medium armor and shields, but are proficient with all simple weapons. Arcane spell failure still applies to all spells with somatic components.

Spells per Day:
ArM gets more spells than before (see below), but is still capped at 6th level.

Class Abilities:
This is where the big changes are.
1st level: Delete Scribe Scroll and Summon Familiar. Substitute Etch Rune Plate (see below) and Fabrication score (10%).
The funny thing about the new Etch Rune Plate feat is that Scribe Scroll is a prereq for it. I guess an ArM can just ignore that?
Fabrication is basically just a discount applied to the XP cost to create or draft mechanikal items.

ETCH RUNE PLATE [ITEM CREATION]
Vital components of all mechanikal devices, rune plates are crafted in a complex procedure involving the etching of scroll glyphs, alchemical treatments, and a series of washes of specific magically treated solutions that lock arcane glyph patterns into a plate of speically treated brass, copper, or alchemical aurum.
The result of this process is a rune plate, and several mechanikal components cannot be created without the use of this feat.
Prerequisite: Scribe Scroll, Craft (alchemy) 4 ranks
Benefit: A character with this feat can create mechanikal rune plates using spells from scrolls or spells the character knows. The base price for a rune plate is the spell level X the caster level X 275 gp. Etching a standard rune plate of the sort used in mehcnikal wants or arcantrik convergence engines takes one day for each 1,000 gp in its market price (minimum 1 day). The character must pay 1/25th of the rune plate's market cost in XP.

2nd level: Get rid of Mechanika familiarity and substitute Charge Accumulator
The Charge Accumulator ability has changed. The ArM now converts spell levels into accumulator charges on a 1:1 basis, instead of 2:1 as in the IKCG. Otherwise the ability is the same.

3rd level: Take out Craft Wondrous Item, and substitute Bonus feat and Mechanika familiarity. Bonus feats can be drawn from the following list: Craft Accumulator, Craft Cerebral Matrix, Craft Cortex, Craft Mechanikal Construct, Craft Mechanikal Prosthetic, Craft Wondrous Item, Mechanikal Specialty, and Union Steamo.
Mechanika Familiarity: An arcane mechanik never needs to make a Craft (mechanika) check to use a mechanikal device he has built. He also gains a competence bonus to all Craft (mechanika) skill checks to use foreign mechanika, replace accumulators and rune plates, and to repair damaged mechanika equal to his class level (maximum +10).

4th level: Charge accumulator moved to second level. No new class ability.

Some notes on the changes I made and a question:

I took the 5 ranks from Disable Device and moved them around to other class skills.
Mucked around with the feats, I think I've got the right number now.
Changed the BAB and related numbers.
Changed spells per day.

Do I still get Light Armor Prof?

I can't tell you the pain-in-my-ass hoops they made me jump through for this prestige class. For goodness sake, they made me take Skill Focus (Concentration), Combat Casting and Iron Will as prerequisites, and those were just the prereq feats! ;)

I was just looking over your newly revised character sheet and have a few comments.

With an 18 Int you should have 4 bonus languages, as you currently only have 2 (Khadoran and written Ordic). Pick two more from the following list: Caspian, Khurzic, or Llaelese. That also means that you can either pick a different language for your rank in Speak Languages, or apply the skill point to a different skill.

I was just looking over the LM and discovered that they forgot to detail the Craft Accumulator feat. Sheesh! That's some major typo. I would recommend switching Craft Accumulator for Craft Wondrous Item. That feat is still necessary for constructing any kind of mechanika (in addition to Etch Rune Plate). I'm house-ruling that you don't need the Craft Accumulator feat at all, and just modify the rule for creating accumulators from p. 326 of the IKCG. Just replace the Scribe Scroll feat on that page for the Etch Rune Plate feat. Actually, I just realized that you can't create an accumulator feat yet anyway, as the minimum caster level is 5th.

The group might also want to consider pooling their leftover money and buying a arcane condenser. Since you're a Union man you could get it for 2250 gp. Definitely worth the purchase if anyone in the group is thinking about using mechanika.

In your Spells section, you'll need to change your "spells/day" to 4/3/2. You never get bonus 0-level spells. It's not mentioned explicitly, but it's true for all the other spellcasting classes.
Also, they include the following in LM.
An arcane mechanik begins with three 0-level spells and 2 first level spells in his Liber Mechanika. In addition, the Arcane Mechanik knows an additional 0-level and 1st level spell for each point of his Intelligence modifier. At each new arcane mechanik level, the arcane mechanik learns a single spell of his choice that he is capable of casting. An arcane mechanik can also scribe spells from another arcane mechanik's Liber Mechanika, or he may scribe spells from scrolls.
In addition, you can also pay to copy spells from fellow arcane mechanic's spellbooks. The process is as outlined on p. 179 of the PHB 3.5:
Spellcraft check (DC 15 + spell's level) to understand it. If this skill check fails you have to wait until you gain another rank in Spellcraft to try it again.
Spell Level x 50 gp as a fee to copy the spell.
Spell Level X 100 gp in materials to copy the spell into your Liber Mechanika.

As for your +1 Mechanikal Light Crossbow, remember that you are a Union man. Prices should be as follows:

335 gp Masterwork light crossbow (no discount as it's not mechanika)
225 gp +1 Weapon Conduit
900 gp +1 Weapon Runeplate
150 gp Trickle Socket
