Oh yeah the first thing that caught my eye was the art (arguably better than some WOTC material *coughd20futurecough*) the second thing was the sheer MASS of the thing. $40 for 400 pages! thats like 10c a page!

Is the book in black and white? I think losing the full color pages is a good way to lower prices and I really wish WotC would go this route. And lose the 200pg hardcovers. Something like the Monsternomicon would be fine by me. As an added bonus the lower weight pages make the book lighter. Always a plus when loading up a backpack.

Anyway, where did everyone get their books? Amazon.com is still listing it as unavailable. Amazon.ca doesn't even have it up yet. I've been waiting for this thing for years. It'd be nice if I could get it now that it's out.

I got my copy by ordering it from the store here at ENworld. I had it within a week and I've been in steanjack bliss ever since.
