I just got my new Iron rations.
I was disapointed to find that it was only a 2 pager. However I was pleased to find the continued development of Shops. In this case a small Inn. The backgruond was incitefull. I can see this place being used in any campaign with only the most basic of modifications.
The new weapon is definatly the kind of thing to put the villian over the top as well as the kind of item the party will want to capture and distroy. Both the capture of the weapon and its distruction make for good plot hooks.
The format has changed as well. gone is the little saddle stiched booklet and in its place are loose pages. while I liked the little 5-1/2 x 8-1/22 booklet idea the looe pages work better for me as I can more easily keep track of them in a binder - somthing I could not do with the booklet. Christian keep up the good work, this is the kind of stuff that I like because it can easily be placed in my campaign without lots of conversion.
