First thing its Beebo not bebo. and disable is not broken cause once you hit them they get back up and can wack you cause hitting undoes a disable and second what do you people think about this : when you are at half your health you think you could get +2 bonus or something to your attack role cause i mean if i were half dead id be pissed and full of adrenaline so i think thats good.

Assuming that he is actualy talking about the disable psionic power, then you cant even coup de grace somebody effected by it. They can still move, and thus they are not helpless.
