Is Dragonlance Done?

I noticed on this page that there are no new dragonlance products scheduled to come out beyond "Races of Ansalon".

Does anyone know if there are any plans to create more products, or is this it?

No, not really.

2006 has been a good year to the DL fans, and if you check the Dragonlance message boards you’ll see there are a lot of projects for 2007 and beyond. A book about dragons, ala Draconomicon and Dragons of Faerun is being planned, as some regional books. Not to mention the conversion of the old Dragonlance adventures to 3.5.

The only chance is that these products from now on will be released by Margaret Weis Productions, not Sovereign Stone.

They is a lack of official announcements, but that is to avoid creating too much expectations, since they made a habit of disrespecting announced release dates

I think next year is the renewal of the Dragonlance license (or is that '08?), but I don't expect Margaret Weis to lose it if she doesn't want to.

Dragonlance has been very successful for Margaret and company. There won't be any "losing the license" considering what she told them when she got the license. :)

This is a very misleading question. The fact that there are no products "scheduled" for 2007 could be as simple as SP not having updated the page. I wouldn't be making assumptions about the state of the DL game simply based on this.
