I usually just say "Tim".

I'm involved in three 3e games right now. One is a in-person game with the usual suspects, and my DM is a guy named Tim (he posts here). He is also the DM of one of my email games (I just laid the smack on a duergar with my fighter/cleric tonight, btw. Wahoo!).
In the other email game I play in, the DM is named Tim as well. Kinda weird. I found this game through the Gamers seeking Gamers section.
In an abstract way, I use the term DM when refering to D&D. I use GM when refering to judges in other systems, although I am not consistent with this.
I use the term "Judge" for Living Greyhawk....but I'm not sure why. I think it's an RPGA thing.
**Edit Log** The Blue colour was hard to read, so I canged it to Red**
