Here's what's happening: I saw this class online called the Hexagunner:

And so I built a Lv. 10 character for it (in case my current Lv. 10 character dies). I have figured out how to add alchemical abilities to bullets through Craft - Alchemy.
However, I thought it would be even better to put spells into my bullets as a last resort in a pinch situation. If you've ever watched Outlaw Star, I'm thinking about something similar to Gene's Caster gun.
