Is Robo a Warforged?

Warforged, both for simplicity of rules and for the fact that the warforged components fit perfectly in line with Robo's gear from the game.

I wouldn't think so, no. Robo is made of different stuff from Warforged, and has different abilities.

"Warforged" is probably about the closest you can get, though, without having a LA.

I don't know if it's a perfect match... but considering that a warforged PC in my group named himself Robo and has been playing the character as an analogue... it works fine.

Demiurge out.

I wouldn't say so. He's still subject to crits, after all. In fact, he works no different from Chrono, Marle, or Frog, except where his class powers are concerned. Thus, I'd say he works just like a human, but has access to a special class by virtue of being a robot. "Racial Paragon" or whatever.

....and since I'm designing FFZ to take into account radio controlled cats riding moogle dolls as well as genetic Frankenstein freaks and basically average folks....I'd say he *definately* works less like a Warforged and more like any other human out there.

'Forged are subject to crits 75% of the time :) I think that if I was going to try to put him in a D&D game, I'd probably use warforged stats.

I'd rather use a significant clockwork, but ah well...
