Pathfinder 1E Is Spring Attack overpowered?

It's not overpowered. It's even a bit underpowered, which is why I houseruled it.

I played a spring attacking fighter-monk (in 3.5 admittedly) for most of the Age of Worms campaign. She was well behind the power curve all the way. Poor thing. And that was with enough movement and acrobatics, et.al. to move anywhere on the battle field she wanted.
