Absolute attrition battles don't favor the PCs.</p><p>3) No safe resting place. The environment and situation makes resting highly difficult, if not impossible. No magical ways to find/create a convenient resting spot, no friendly occupied areas nearby to retreat to. Resting attempts are frequently interrupted by hostile forces.</p></blockquote><p></p>
