Is the character builder down for anyone else?

We found out today that there is a 20 character limit to the online CB when my wife tried to make another character heh. What do you mean lack of feat/power preview? Clicking on it gives a full description.

As far as fixing your issue, some people have previously reported that doing ctrl-F5 to clear cookies and reentering their login/pswd worked. I found that Firefox and Chrome seemed to give me a lot more issues than using IE with it. I never use IE otherwise, but Silverlight does seem to play better w/IE.

Thanks for the ctrl-F5 advice, although I try to avoid wiping all my cookies. The log-out/log-in fix worked fine.

By "lack of feat/power preview," I mean that the chart from the old CB that let you see at a glance brief summaries of every feat no longer exists. Not having that is a huge time-waster for me.

All that being said, and you probably can't tell from my frustrated outburst above, I didn't actually create this thread for people to complain. We've had plenty of threads for that. Since I got a fast and effective answer, thank you, and I'll swing this shut.

Just thought I'd mention that Firefox (and I think Chrome) have got ways of easily removing just the cookies associated with a particular site or domain, unlike IE which has always only really gave the option to nuke everything.

Plus the fact I can post this in a closed thread is neat.
