Is the info on bonus types in the SRD?

Pretty much what the title says. I was looking for a reference on bonus types (the names, which ones stack, the fact that penalties are no longer named) but I couldn't find it in the SRD. Is that one of those bits of info they left out? I can't imagine why, as I can't see how that information either pertains to character creation (like the xp charts) or would be 'product identity' (like beholders).

Can anyone tell me if the info on bonus types is in the SRD, and if so what section I should look at? I know I can just get it out of the core books, but I'm at work right now, where they sort of frown on me bringing in D&D books. :)

IIRC,

two bonuses named the same don't stack EXCEPT
- dodge bonuses
- circumstance bonuses NOT from the same source
unnamed bonuses always stack with every other bonus

penalties NEVER stack, they overlap.

damage (as in ability damage) stacks.

(hope I haven't messed up anything)

I don't think it's in the SRD, though

In the 3.5 SRD under "MagicOverview: Special Spell Effects" there's this:

Bonus Types: Usually, a bonus has a type that indicates how the spell grants the bonus. The important aspect of bonus types is that two bonuses of the same type don’t generally stack. With the exception of dodge bonuses, most circumstance bonuses, and racial bonuses, only the better bonus works (see Combining Magical Effects, below). The same principle applies to penalties—a character taking two or more penalties of the same type applies only the worst one.

There's a bit more below that under "Combing Magical Effects: Stacking Effects". No comprehensive list of bonus types that I can see.
