Is the WotC DnD site down on weekends now?

For the last 2 weekends I haven't been able to get into WotC's DnD site. I heard others complain last week.

I just got my DSL line installed and want to download stuff. What bad timing.

It's down on weekends cuz the guy whose machine it runs on using the Microsoft Personal Web Server turns it off when he goes home for the weekend. To save the environment and all that.
