"Cheers!"

As if you were happy the WotC site was down, but I'm sure you meant it merely as a salutation. I went to England a month ago, people would say "Cheers!" all the time and I didn't have a clue what the heck they were talking about!

Yup, I can't say I've heard the phrase used much here in Texas. We usually just nod, and if we say anything at all, it is usually something like: I'll see ya later or I'll catch ya later, partner.

Of course, I'm being silly :D
