Is there 3e info on Iuz (the Corpse King, Old One, ect)?

I've been interested in running the 2e Die Vecna Die! converted into 3e for awhile. I plan to use Iuz in the background of my current adventures that will lead up to Die Vecna Die. I don't know much about him though and I want to make sure I'm using him properly. I didn't realize he was a demigod until recently, so I'm thinking I better learn more about him before I start throwing his name around in my game Is there any 3e stats & fluff on this guy?

Get the Living Greyhawk Gazeteer, it has info on most/all of the Greyhawk setting's deities, include Iuz. Let's see.... It doesn't have a lot of info on him, just three paragraphs, his common titles, portfolio, domains, alignment, and favored weapon. In a separate chapter, it has around three and a half pages of info on the Empire of Iuz, which offers a bit more insight into Iuz, but mostly just on his realm.

I guess I'd just like to know his CR. What level is this guy? From what I've browsed, it doesn't look like PC's actually fight him in Die Vecna Die, so his CR might not be a problem.

I checked out his info in the books you guys suggested, thanks. I didn't think about looking in Complete Divine. And I've never read thru the Greyhawk Gazeteer before. It's kinda odd that none of them give his stats though.

I think the reason for that is that he's a god, after all. Gods don't get CRs. (Though, WotC obsessively stats out so many other gods, I'm surprised that Iuz hasn't been among them).

In any case, the power level that he represents is so much higher than even an epic-level party, that, IMO, statting him out is meaningless -- if a party of PCs faced him directly, they'd be toast. End of story.

Well, Iuz in the Dragon magazine issue is listed as having Divine Rank 3. He would be a formidable challenge for an epic level party. Plus the fact that he can teleport without error at will means that any conflict will be on his terms.

Still, Iuz has been defeated before. Zagyg, before he became a demigod, imprisoned Iuz in the ruins of Castle Greyhawk -- but probably with substantial help. Generally, only the greatest of mortal heroes can hope to best a demigod. (Hercules when he defeated Ares was still a bit more than a mortal -- as the son of Zeus he would have been at least a quasi-deity before his death.)
