Is there a change log?

So, I had a coupon from Borders, and picked up the Pathfinder book.

It certainly seems to be an interesting evolution of 3.5, and I see a lot of changes, like Power Attack being level-limited, mithral breaching DR/silver, and paladins look ridiculously fun now.

Is there a detailed list somewhere of what all changed?

Well not a detailed conversion for Everything but certainly one for the new Core Rulebook for the system. It used to be available as a free pdf download on the paizo website called the Conversion Guide. I say used to be because I'm not sure if it has changed. It lists fairly accurately what to expect for converting from 3.5 to PF, although it mainly focuses on converting characters.
