Is there a dual wielding specialized Prestige Class?

Hi, again!
For our next campaign, the playing characters will most likely attain Prestiges Class. One of them has told me that we would like to continue improving his two weapon fighting style.

So far he is (i believe) something like a lvl 10 Fighter, with all the two weapon fighting feats and the cleave feats. I've been searching through the usual books and, to my surprise, found nothing with this concept.

We are playing 3.0, but it would be interesting to see any Prestige Class with this concept, be it from 3.0, 3.5 or any of the 3x settings.

Thanks a lot !

Tempest would be one. I think it was in 3.0 as well, in 3.5 it's in C.Adventurer. Eventually gets rid of the -2 penalty for TWF and gives a supreme TWF or something like that. Basically a 4th attack with the offhand after greater TWF's bonus attack.

Improving TWF is kind of vague, though. Improve in what way? TWF works best with bonus damage that you add to each attack, since you're then adding it to lots of attacks, so getting sneak attack dice (for example) is often a good damage boost. Getting pounce (full attack at the end of a charge) doesn't directly boost any aspect of TWF, but since you can charge with just 10 ft or more of space and 5 ft step otherwise, it basically means you can always full attack (and thus, always TWF), which is a huge benefit. Then again, you're playing 3.0, so if you're using 3.0 haste, the player probably already has an easy method of moving and full attacking anyway.

Blood Claw Master (Tome of Battle)
Tempest (Masters of the Wild) This one gets no penalty to TWF attacks, as well as Supreme TWF, +6 AC when TWF, with full BAB progression. Might be the class he's looking for.
Tempest (Complete Adventurer) This is a weaker, five level version of the Tempest from Masters of the Wild. I'd recommend against using it, but give certainly give it a look.

There are more, I just can't seem to recall which books they were in. Sorry!

One of the best TWF's I ever played with was a Dervish with 2 scimitars, half orc, if I remember right, which is pretty funny since they are required to be dancers, (perform dance skill 3 ranks and tumble 3 ranks) so "grace" would be assumed, but his half orc could really lay down the damage.

Also, there are several feats you must have, it is in complete warrior, if you are interested...

Blood Sister (dragon mag #298) Requires female and Drow. But does give +2/+2 total attack bonus by 7th level. have to use short sword and dagger though.

Spinemeld Warrior (Magic of Incarnum) requires race; Skarn

Thats what I can think of thats not already posted. theres a few others but I cant remember witch book to look in.

Thanks a lot for the replies!
I think "Tempest" would be what he is looking for. There's only the little trouble of him having taken all the feats up to Great Cleave instead of Spring Attack. But we are a very liberal group, so I don't think nobody will mind him changing some feats around. [Some nice explanation will have to be in order, though]

I don't know he'll react towards the whole "light armor" theme, but i'm pretty sure he'll love the improved AC and the optional extra attacks.

Thanks again, and keep em' coming if you know other Prestiges Classes for Two Weapon Fighting.

If you're willing to use 3.5 material, and Complete Warrior came pretty soon after the transition anyway, I'll second athos on the Dervish. Especially if your player's open to using two scimitars, the style the PrC was designed around. See if he likes that or the 3.0 Tempest better.
