Is there a feat that lets you treat your familiar as an Animal Companion? More specifically, a feat that allows it to grow like a Druid's Animal Companion does.

Do you mean "grow in size category" ? Because a druid's animal companion does not get bigger as a result of the bonus HD it gains.

As for treating a familiar as an animal companion, I don't know of any feat that does that. There is a prestige class that lets you do it - Arcane Hierophont.

pg 58 of Unearthed Arcana has an alternate wizard/sorcerer that swaps a familiar for an animal companion.

I swear I've seen it somewhere else too though.

The wild cohort feat would not work IIRC... since the familiar is not an animal, right?

There is a PRC in complete Divine for a mage/druid that allows you to have a familiar/companion as one animal. There is also a feat on WotC website that allows any character to take a companion.

I think you are just looking for ways to beef up a familiar though. Improved Familiar is the first step, and there are other feats that add onto that.
