Is there a feat to make Use Magic device a class skill?

I think Able Learner allows you to buy cross rank skills on a one for one basis as opposed to normal where you have pay 2 for 1. Even with Able Learner you are limited to the normal cross ranks maximum based on your level.

I see you are correct. I was referencing the Crystal Keep pdf which is incorrect. Looking it up in RoD I see that the skill costs only one point per rank but is still cross-class and has the reduced rank cap.

Correct. You would have to be a multiclassed rogue (or bard, warlock, etc) with Able Learner in order to fully treat UMD as a class skill for all your classes.

In my game, every PC essentially has the Able Learner feat. Cross class skills cost one skill point for each rank. Normal cross-class limits still apply when you level. You cannot increase the number of ranks in a skill passed the cross-class limit when you are leveling in a class where that skill is a cross-class skill.
