Not a feat that I know of, but there is the grave strike spell, and I think there's an equivalent for constructs.

Spell Compendium. It's 1st level and self only, so strictly for cleric/rogues and paladin/rogues. You can't even use it as a wand/UMD combo, since it's a swift action spell that lasts one round.

But it could be made into a wondrous item of some type or something else could be based on the idea if the DM is willing.
