Is there a feat...

Ghost strike weapons in Libris Mortis allow sneak attack to work on incorporeal undead. Also check out the skullclan hunter in miniatures handbook, which are a bit like rogues but get powers vs the undead.

Unless my DM read it wrong, theres 2 feats in the Complete adventurer.

One is for Sneak Attacking Undead, but changes your d6's to d4's, the other is for Constructs, and actually gives you more dice on you sneak attack because of it.

I wont have acces to the book till tomorrow night to double check. But as I am a pure rogue, and he suggested them for me to take, they didnt have any other class requirements.

Feegle Out

Let me tell you a secret...rogues are terrible against undead. :)
It's not a secret - I'm well aware. Which is why, at first level, I'm attempting to figure out how to handle it. We played through our last d&d game without a rogue and it was *terrible*... ended up sending the monk first in dungeons because "his reflex save was high enough" and we had no way to find or disable traps. So, I'm trying to work it out so that we can have a trapfinder, but I'm also planning ahead to tactically fight the undead.

Ranger levels + Favored Enemy: Undead?

Can ranger/rogue multiclasses sneak attack their favored enemies? I've played in a game where we could, but I thought it was a houserule and not RAW.

Other WotC base classes that get trapfinding

- Beguiler (PHB2)
- Artificer (Eberron Campaign Setting)
- Ninja (CAdv)
- Scout (CAdv)
- Spellthief (CAdv)

Now, the last three have sneak-attack-esque abilities that also don't work against undead (though they're less dependent on sneak attack than rogues), and many of the beguiler's spells are of little use against undead (the illusions work, the enchantments, not so much), but a combat artificer can be scary (a good trick is to add the approriate bane to your weapons, and eventually to the other PCs).

I'm planning on playing a straight rogue and we'll be fighting a lot of undead... so, trying to find some way to improve my damage against the zombies.

More Strength? A two-handed weapon? Power Attack?

Nevermind. You are trying to find a loophole for a creature immunity (assuming the phrase "not subject to" = "immune to"). Course, those should not exist in the game (they are immunities after all), but WotC is always willing to break its own rules in order to sell a book.

Razing Strike (Pre-Reqs: Sneak Attack/Caster Level 5th)
Spend 1 spell (or spell slot, minimum level 1st) as a swift action. You gain insight bonus to attack = spell level. You gain bonus to damage = 1d6/spell level + your sneak attack damage (not an actual sneak attack). If you sacrifice an arcane spell, the benefits applies to constructs. If you sacrifice a divine spell, the benefits applies to undead.

Grave Strike (clr 1): You can sneak attack undead for 1 round

Golem Strike (sor/wiz 1): You can sneak attack constructs for 1 round

There's a feat (at least, I believe it's a feat) in the PHBII that allows you to replace sneak attack for something else that can have an affect on undead.

I know, that was an incredibly vague sentence, but I don't have my PHBII in front of me right now. If someone else has it and wants to look it up... I remember it looking and sounding cool... Just can't remember details for the life of me...

There's a feat in the Netbook of Feats called Necrophysiologist or something. Requires 4 ranks of Knowledge: Undead and lets you sneak attack 'em.

aren't Undead covered by Knowledge Religion?
