D&D 5E Is there a list on here of all the races that have received PC or NPC racial traits and ability score adjustments?

I mean, in the books released so far (i.e. Core rulebooks, Volo's Guide, SCAG, and the various hardcover adventure books and associated PDFs). Not a list of the traits, so much as a list of the races and in which book the PC or NPC race can be found (i.e. Gnolls received NPC racial adjustments in the DMG).

Did I miss this somewhere!?

page 285:

COSMETIC ALTERATIONS
A simple way to modify an existing race is to change
its appearance. Changes to a race's appearance need
not affect its game elements. For example, you could
transform halflings into anthropomorphic mice without
changing their racial traits at all.

For some reason I can't read this paragraph without mentally inserting a "MWAHAHAHA!" at the end.

Sam Whiskers approves.

Are there any NPC races besides the list in the DMG (Obviously any PC race can be used as a NPC; I'm referring to "NPC-only" races such as Gnolls, where they provide the ability score modifiers and traits, but don't actually make it available to play as a PC - officially, anyway.)
