Is there a skill-oriented paragon path?

You could take Traveler's Harlequin -- Dragon 382 -- (it's Eberron-specific, but a little flavor change makes it fit anywhere). This lets you take more multiclass feats (which, in turn, gives you more trained skills).
Wow, that's totally a win, especially since if I take the Bard multiclass feat, I can then retrain Jack of All Trades into Bard of All Trades. Many thanks!

My pleasure. All I did was go into the D&D Compendium and search Paragon Paths with the word "skill".
