Is there a spell or psionic power that aids in two weapon fighting?

Shapechange? As in taking on the form of a marilith or ettin or something that has that as an extraordinary ability?

Otherwise I really can't think of any. Besides of course base attack or strength boosting spells that would counteract the to hit penalties.

I don't know of one that directly aids in two weapon fighting. If one exists I'm sure someone on the boards will know of it.

You could go at it from an indirect way. Either casting Bull's Strength on yourself or having one of the party members do it would increase your hit and damage odds.

Also, you are doing something like two short swords, with a medium sized character; you could choose weapon finesse (with a suitably high dex) and then use Cat's Grace.

You could try Greater Magical Weapon if the bonus on your weapons is low or non-existent.

Other than that I can't think of any way to boost the bonuses when fighting with two weapons.

What level would you say a spell/power would have to be to give you Ambidexterity and Two-Weapon Fighting for 1 min per level?

2nd?

I was thinking 3rd, but Haste already does this plus a few other minor bonuses.

How does Haste do this?

I would say at least 3rd, since it's two feats with reasonably high prerequisites, for a reasonable length of time (at least 5 minutes, plenty long enough to win a fight...)

Plus there is an item (doh, just remembered) in Magic of Faerun which does this.
Gloves of the Balanced Hand. Grants you Ambidexterity and Two Weapon Fighting while the gloves are worn, plus if you have Two Weapon Fighting already it grants Improved Two Weapon Fighting. Cost - 18,000gp.

Well, haste doesn't do it exactly, but it gives you an extra attack action if you use Full Attack. Same thing basicly, but at no penalty, and it stacks with the extra attack you would have anyway if you where already fighting with two weapons.

Thanks for mentioning the gloves. Those are nice and I had forgotten about them.
