Is There An Omnislash Feat?

I seem to recall somewhere on these boards, someone saying there was an "Omnislash" feat. Where is it?

You mean the "Omnislash" spell. It was supposed to be in Player's Handbook II but was cut. There's a picture of it up in the Art Gallery. It looks cool and I'd really like to know why WotC cut it out the book. I'm pretty peeved about it, I'd like to know what it does. They should post it on their website.

Omnislash was Cloud Strife's 4th level limit break from Final Fantasy VII... I think that'd be a violation of SquareEnix's copyrights...
