D&D 4E Is there going to be an online SRD for 4e?

I admit to being lazy and not bothering to read the new OGL for 4e but was wondering if this was going to be available for 4e? I always found it a great resource when planning things out for my characters while at work or otherwise away from my books so i do hope this will continue on for 4e.

From what I understand, the 4e SRD will actually be a reference document for the books, rather than a free online rulebook. It will explain what rules/systems are covered under the OGL and where they are in the books.

WotC is doing away with the free online rule books. The SRD will only contain references to what is open to 3PP. WotC instead wants you to invest in D&D Insider which will have the rules database.

There is no new OGL.

WotC no longer subscribes to the idea of Open Gaming.
