Except that Arcana Unearthed is not D&D, and Mutants & Masterminds is not d20 (just OGL).

Fiddle dee dee. It may not say it on the cover, but they're both D&D at heart.

It may not have a D20 System logo on the cover, but it is most definitely D20 System.

D20 is a mechanic, nothing more. If you use it, then your game is D20. If you don't, it isn't. Short & sweet.
