They have only officially canned three things from UA: The Mystic, The Onomancer, and the Psionic Wizard.

If the Dragonish subclasses are going to be printed, it's going to be sometime next year. If they don't make it in whatever the q4 book is, then you can consider them unofficially put into the vaults, and maybe if they are lucky, some other subclass in the far future will get some of their stuff. (RIP Brute, you were the best fighter that never got to shine)
 

I read this somewhere and wondering if it was true or not.
NO. I suspect that was someone making assumptions based on them not being in Tasha's - the UA was published after Tasha's was finalised, so they where never intended for that book.

They probably won't appear in an official publication for quite some time, and when they do it will most likely be a setting book.
