D&D 5E (2024) Is WOTC done publishing campaigns?

See, but these statements aren't true. These are the top 6, verified purchases of new product.

Self selected buy in first impressions.

You voted for team red . What's your thoughts on team red?

4.7 is a 94% rating. I don't think to many people will give HotDQ a 94% rating.

Remember what I said about if you're always positive or aways negative? If youre one of those extremes any recommendation or opposite is essentially worthless.

If I said I think Heroes of Faerun is a good buy.........

Yes, but you’re talking about its high rating as an aggregate. Of course there’s going to be some reviews that like it. I’m looking as well right now and see quite a few that are simply concerned with the condition. The score alone is not necessarily a great indicator versus the actual reviews. Again, not across the board but I don’t feel you can hold up that aggregated number as an in depth review.

Its only one review you cherry picked.

I'm guessing theres a lot in there about postage and delivery.
Maybe this is a different dialect thing, but I didn't "cherry pick" specific reviews to prove a point.
I took the top six that were for new product and verified purchases. The first three were just the first three Amazon showed me (US).

The first one was about five times the words that you give when reviewing things, and shows explicitly that they played the whole campaign before reviewing it. It was the first listing for me. Overall I ignored two used book purchases that were both simple reviews of "came in good condition" and "it looked new" which are valid reviews when buying a used hardback book

This is probably true, although I will say that most groups I play with generally seem to enjoy "railroads" more than "sandboxes". Many of the players say they don't like railroads, but then seem to lose interest in adventures when there is not an obvious thing to do next or get angry when they miss out on one thing because they did another.

In general though I loved this adventure, both as a player and as a DM. One of the groups I play with played this as our first 5E adventure and the DM in that game has said his most memorable PCs and scenes come from that adventure. That group has played a bunch since then including POTA, OOTA, TOA, DIA, Saltmarsh and we would still rate this as the best WOTC campaign we have played.
Based on over 30 years experience as a DM and player I agree. Sandboxes can be a lot of fun but they are a lot of work and it is pretty common for the DM, players or both to lose the plot or tension that make the game compelling.

Oh, when I purchase I look at the 3s and 2s because I can usually find out more about a product there.

And again, the written reviews lead off with someone who clearly played the whole campaign and provided more review than most posters here who insist it's a bad adventure

I’m sure there’s plenty of good reviews too.

Come on now, we all know the true place to go get reviews is Reddit! (this both is and isn't a joke)

Consensus across posts there is just like in here "cool ideas, some flawed execution, needs a fair bit of DM work."
