I don't mean that to threadcrap. I'm serious. What difference does it make to YOU how many "fans" D&D "has"? I mean, if you are arguing one way or the other, the answer must matter to you, right?

Not really. I don't care at all how many "fans" D&D has. (I mean, as a game retailer, I care that it's popular, sure, but I don't care how that number is counted. I'm fine with it being vague).

... I'm honestly not entirely sure what dragged me in to this conversation, come to think of it.
