Is WotC's web site screwed up for anybody else?

In attempting to log into D&D Insider, I keep getting a message stating that my account can't be found and that I may have to migrate it from Gleemax.com. So, I go to Gleemax to migrate my account and it tells me I've already migrated it--which is true, but apparently not true enough to allow me to log in to DDI.

But wait, the fun doesn't end there. I go to the Help section to email the web team about the problem. I fill out the form and click Continue. I'm then taken to a page that takes pains to warn me that my email hasn't been sent yet, and won't be until I click on "Send Email".

The kicker? There is nothing that says "Send Email" that I can click on.

Has anyone else experienced similar difficulties? And does anyone know how I can report my problem when the tool for doing so has a problem? I'm no good with semaphore or smoke signals...

The same thing happened to me for a few hours, and then it started working with no change on my part. Maybe wait a bit.

I haven't been able to login for a couple of weeks now. The page tells me that I have successfully migrated but still no go...
