I also really hope that there's a specific GSL forum (legal/publisher discussion for 4E). Having it plopped into OGL is really confusing since they're now very different legal entities.

I'm afraid that won't happen. We can't create forums for every variation of conversation posisble - we'd end up with an infinite number of forums, each with a single thread! What I'll do is rename the OGL forum when the time cones to accomodate both. It's not exactly teeming with activity as it is - an additional subject won't harm it.
