D&D 3E/3.5 ISO Supplements For Mining and Profession (Miner)

Basically, looking for any books other than WotC's Races of the Dragon and Races of Stone as I don't have the money to buy a license from them. Need something that details basics such as time, materials, ores, tools, etc. Must be covered under OGL.

Key Considerations:
  • Profession Skill:
    • The core mechanic for mining would heavily rely on the Profession (Miner) skill. Provides DCs (Difficulty Classes) for various mining tasks, such as finding specific ores or avoiding cave-ins.
  • Environmental Factors:
    • Factors like the type of rock, the depth of the mine, and the presence of hazards would significantly impact mining operations.
  • Tools and Equipment:
    • Mining tools, such as picks, shovels, and carts, would play a crucial role. Rules for the effectiveness and cost of these tools.
Bing and Gemini are both convinced there are no third party supplements that cover such things, but I'm willing to bet someone, somewhere, has. Any help to point me towards something would be appreciated.

Looking around at this, the best I've found is the entries in Skirmisher Publishing's Experts v.3.5, specifically in the "Craft (stonemasonry)" and "Profession (miner)" sections of Appendix II: New Skills.

Yep, and I'm already using those. Can't believe no one has come up with a good set of mechanics for mining for 3.5e...feels like this is an underserved area. lol
