I've never seen a list, but creating one shouldn't be hard.
The only real problem is that a lot of materials would have a different hardness depending on the weapon type. The hardness (resistance to damage) of leather to a club would be MUCH higher than to a sword.
It's probably too complicated for most people, but each weapon would have its own stengths and weaknesses vs different materials. How hard is it to break a heavy rope net that is lying on the ground with a war hammer? A little dagger would be much better. How hard is it to get through a heavy wooden door for a little dagger? Now the war hammer is much better.
If I were you, I would just come up with hardness on a case by case basis while you play and hope that I'm somewhat consistent.
