Congratulations. Soon you will be wearing the parenting badge of honor- a small baby drool stain on every shoulder of every shirt you own.
Obligatory Unsolicited Parenting Advice- get a baby sized (about the size of a pillow) piece of soft foam and cover it with some soft material. When finished this "matress" should be placed under the baby and used to support its head when you pick it up/pass it around. They do this in my wife's home country (Afghanistan). It works wonders with well meaning but inexperienced types who do not understand that newborns cannot support their own head. From personal experience I can say that it makes the whole pass the child around the whole crowded room experience for less stressful for already jumpy new parents.
