It's going to be a Paradigm Summer

<<Who is the author of Lords of the Peaks, by the way?>>

We were very lucky to get two great writers to author Lords of the Peaks. I'm sure you are all familiar with the works of James Maliszewski (various CoC, Societies of the Arcane, etc) and Steve Kenson (very popular Shadowrun novels and various other RPG products).

These gentlemen have turned in a stellar manuscript that I'm sure you'll enjoy.

Best,

I recently picked up Steve Kenson's Shaman's Handbook for Green Ronin and I was blown away by the quality of his work...so I'm definitely looking forward to this!

Another blurb incoming!

PCI 1104 Eldest Sons: The Essential Guide to Elves

This Gen-Con, Paradigm Concepts will release the first in the Races of Legend series, which focuses on one Player Character race and delving deep into their History and Society as well as adding player options, such as new Feats, Skills, Spells, Beginning Class and Prestige Classes exclusively tailored to that Race.
The first in this series is Eldest Sons: The Essential Guide to Elves. Eldest Sons represents Paradigm's second contribution to the OGL Interlock System.

ISBN 1-931374-13-9 Retail Price: $18.99

Coolness on the Elf book. I assume this will tie one way or another into the Arcanis setting?

Also, who's the author? I like to know these things. :D

Eldest Sons: The Essential Guidebook to Elves is a more general toolkit. Arcanis material is primarily used as an illustration of how the information in the book can be adapted.

Shawn Havraneck is the author. Arcanis fans will recognize him as the author of the chapter detailing Ymandragore in the Codex Arcanis.

Will this also be an interlock product or is it going the solo route?

Eldest Sons: The Essential Guidebook to Elves is the second of our OGL Interlink products. This book will interlink with another installment of Green Ronin's Races of Renown series that is as of yet untitled. Expect news on that one from GR shortly, I don't want to announce their products before they do!

You haven't answered the question yet. I too want the third part of the trilogy.

Well, since you asked so nicely.

Due to our committment to the OGL Interlink, we've had to shift our schedule around a bit so that we can sync up with Green Ronin's production schedule as best we could. Something had to give and it was FoI. We'll announce when it will be available as soon as possible.

Just as a side note: If you play RPGA Living campaigns, I'd like to bing to your attention our sponsored campaign, Living Arcanis. One of the adventures available is entitled "Bargains of Spirit and Flesh" and it takes place between the events of Blood Reign of Nishanpur and Fires of Insurrection.
