Heh, there's a checkout girl at the shop down the road from me from Eastern Europe, she actually talks like the count. Her counting out the change puts a mild shine on any week's dull old shopping.

FGU. _______ Games Unplayable. I only ever tried to play Aftermath, but that was enough.

I'm another who played and liked Aftermath, after being kind of disappointed by Gamma World. These days I use Spycraft 2.0 for all my PA needs, but until that Aftermath was my favorite for a post-Apocalyptic game. Morrow Project was the only other that came close.

Aftermath was math heavy, I will grant you, but not unplayable. And the math in Space Opera was much more involved.

You should've tried Flashing Blades - still one of the best cape-and-sword rpgs out there.
