I've snagged a copy of this, as well. There are some very interesting mechanics in here (I particularly like the implementation of 'instants' and 'interrupts' via the "sequence" rules).

Actually, since the 'thing' is being freely offered, there is no reason to ask for it, thus not asking in this case is not actually impolite.

On topic: this is impressive. I've only glanced briefly at it before going to sleep last night, but I think this is cool. Will definitely be looking at this more fully.

That's why you don't get an inkjet. I can print like 3,000 pages off my printer before having to switch.
