I'd seriously consider giving him levels in both charismatic hero and Occultist.
Why?
He definately has a following, and, at least according to him, knows a lot about satanism and what makes Satanists. In order to have that kind of knowledge one would have to study the occult.
His levels should probably be around 8th to 10th ebcause he's been actively promoting his philosphy for at least thirty years, maybe more.

I think Jack Chick did his first track in the 50s or 60s. He's about 70-75 years old. Incidentally, this means he would have found grace before he helped invent satanic RPGs. Oops.
Anyway, about a month ago, I read a on-line bio of him and an interview with his spokesperson (he does not give interviews). I could dig it up if you want.
He's worth quite a bit of money and somewhat paranoid (in fairness, people really are out to get him). Add feats accordingly.
