Japanese DnD3e translation team need your help!

Dear EN world members. Japanese translation team for DnD3e core rule books need your help. As we are not using western alphabets, we must transliterate any proper nouns in DnD. Some of them can be found in WotC or TSR's pronunciation guide. And some of them are answered by WotC design team. Still, we haven't received some answer from them and, provably, we have not enough time to wait for their answer. So I want to consult you hard-core DnD players. How can I pronounce those words?

(Places in "World of Greyhawk")
Urnst
Thorris

(monsters)
destrachan
tiefling

(magic items)
Apparatus of "Kwalish"
"Daern's" Instant Fortress
"Heward's" Handy Haversack
"Ioun" Stones
Iron Bands of "Bilarro"
"Keoghtom's" Ointment
"Murlynd's" Spoon
"Nolzur's" Marvelous Pigments
"Quaal's" Feather Token
Talisman of "Zagy"
The Shield of "Prator"

Thanks a lot in advance

Hmm... Well, this is how some of these are pronounced in most of the games I was in:

Destrachan: Dez-thra-ken
Tiefling: Thief-ling

Kwalish: Kwa-leash (as in (dog)leash)
Ioun: Ah-yoon
Keoghtom's: Key-oh-toms
Heward's: Hugh-wards (like Hugh Grant or Hugh Hefner)
Bilarro: Bill-ah-ro
Prator: Prah-tor
Quall's: Kwalls

(Places in "World of Greyhawk")
Urnst- Earnst (like the word 'earn' with an ending 'st')
Thorris - THOR-iss (soft 's')

(monsters)
destrachan - des-trah-khan
tiefling- TEA-fling

(magic items)
Apparatus of "Kwalish"- KWA-lish
"Daern's" Instant Fortress - DAYrns
"Heward's" Handy Haversack - HEW-urd's
"Ioun" Stones - AYE-un
Iron Bands of "Bilarro" - Bill-AR-oh
"Keoghtom's" Ointment - Key-OH-tums
"Murlynd's" Spoon - MUR-lind's
"Nolzur's" Marvelous Pigments - NOL-zur (like "gnoll")
"Quaal's" Feather Token - Kwal's
Talisman of "Zagy" - Zag-EE
The Shield of "Prator" - PRAY-tor

I think you'll find English speakers have huge vowel dialectic differences in made-up words, but we focus on consonents to understand the intent of the word.

Here's how I'd transliterate some of these into katakana...

Urnst

U-ri-n-su-to

Thorris

So-rri-su

(monsters)
destrachan

De-e-su-to-ra-ka-n

tiefling

Ti(Te-i)-i-fu-ri-n-gu

(magic items)
Apparatus of "Kwalish"

Ku-wa-a-ri-shu... or is it Ki-wa for Q sounds... I can never remember...

"Daern's" Instant Fortress

Not sure. Maybe...
De-i-ru-n

"Heward's" Handy Haversack

Hyu-u-wa-ru-do

"Ioun" Stones

A-i-u-n

Iron Bands of "Bilarro"

Bi-ra-a-rro

"Keoghtom's" Ointment

I've always pronounced with a hard "g", making it like...
Ki-o-gi-to-mu, but if the "g" is silent as Zhure suggests, then...
Ki-o-tto-mu

"Murlynd's" Spoon

Me-ru-ri-n-do

"Nolzur's" Marvelous Pigments

No-u-ri-zu-u-ru

"Quaal's" Feather Token

Ku-wa-a-ru

Talisman of "Zagy"

Za-gi

The Shield of "Prator"

Pu-re-i-to-ru

But those are just guesses.

well, dnd has been translated in to japanese already, both second and third edition, as well as GURPS and World of Darkness.

Yes. Actually, PHB has been published in the end of the last year. And now we almost finished translating the DMG and it will be published in April 23.

Here are how I would translate these names into katakana. This is coming off of six years of studying Japanese, so it should be useable. I know you just want specific names, but where applicable, I've translated all of it for easy reference.
