What animal shape do you want?”</p><p></p><p>Elturel is a large merchant river city which is protected from undead by an eternal “Daylight” spell over the town. The town hardly ever gets dark even in deepest winter. The inn keeper knows of the party and sends them with a link boy to the Order of Gauntlet tavern HQ where they meet Frume a huggee paladin who loves hugging people. Zip is not happy with the hugs and nearly punches the paladin lights out when it is pointed out thirty plate mail drinks against five is not good odds and they need to get paid.</p><p></p><p>The report is made and they get some cash. The bard pipes for some extra cash and plays Freebird on the bagpipes. During the next morning, they are hit with a recruiting speech from Frume for the Gauntlet and Harold from the Harpers. It is an information gathering mission, due not kill any cult members unless necessary. Frume offers a 50 GP shipping allowance, three free pulls from the equipment list, and membership in the order. Harold (Leosin in book) offers 30 GP ship allowance and 1,200 gp gem if they survive to Waterdeep. They choose Harpers.</p><p></p><p>3 days later they meet their contact.
