Yak Wizard 8 Rogue 2 Goblin. Baldric Life cleric 5 hill dwarf. Styx Storm Sorceress 9.</p><p></p><p>Nafas, “Where is that rabbit? Who installed a revolving door on my dimension door? Who.”</p><p></p><p>Carlton the Doorman, “Boss the better question is who added the 100 horse power engine to it. And how do we stop it?”</p><p></p><p>Doors open all over the stairwells. People fall in and out. But finally the stairway settles to the new group.</p><p></p><p>They are in a dark cave complex only lit by the bunny torch and paladin’s light shield. They wander north westish and the light sends two umber hulks into hiding. The owl familiar of Yak looks over the Tilted Cavern and explores the cave complex finally circling around from behind on the party.</p><p></p><p>Moving north the come to first teleportation circle. The Letter “E” means nothing to the group. Moving west by north the Rolling Galley opens before them. As they enter a stalagmite unrolls itself into a Galeb Duhr.</p><p></p><p>Duhr, “Why are you here? The party is over and you don’t have an invitation anyway.”</p><p></p><p>Dougart, “I have the invitation here somewhere? We are kind of late.”</p><p></p><p>Baldric, “Could we slip in the back door? We are photographers for the Daily Waterdeep!”</p><p></p><p>Duhr, “I hate that paper!” He raises a war pick and swings at Dougart. “BOWLING TIME!” Three other elementals morph out the floor and summon mini me of themselves. During the battle one of the Galeb Duhr wanders off. The group moves on west by south westish. The discovery of teleportation circle “F” is interesting but they move on.</p><p></p><p>They find door number one.</p><p></p><p>Using various rituals, they open door number one. A black carpet of welcome rolls out from the far door and Nick goes to pick the lock with Dougart in support. As Nick pulls on the second door the main door closes behind him. Trapping. NO. Teleporting. Somewhere</p><p></p><p>Nick, “Why does the floor have a ‘D’ on the teleportation circle.” Coming from the south passage a stone giant appears. Evil flames surround him and his two huge fire beetles.</p><p></p><p>Zyzkathol, “I hate party crashers. Fido and Dino attack.” Nick kills the first fire beetle but the second one runs over him. Dougart and Nick kill the second but Nick forgot a one-ton beetle is hard to move when you are punching him in the belly while being on his back. The sounds of fight does not carry back to the Ritual group. They hear just echoes. Being really hurt the Rabbit group takes a nap.</p><p></p><p>The Ritual groups moves east and finds door number two and gets teleported to “E”. moving south they come to the entrance of the indoor pool. A body lies near the pool not moving. The rest of the dead adventuring party are scatter through the cavern.</p><p></p><p>Styx, “I throw a rock at the body.”</p><p></p><p>Wraith, “Hey I am sleeping my eternal resting. Sleeping nicely. But NO. Someone has go throwing rock at people. Who are you to disturb my rest you BEEP.”</p><p></p><p>Kira, “I cut him in half DM.”</p><p></p><p>Wraith, “Fine. Fine. Lob my arm off. Hurt me with your best shot. I am going to pick up my arm and beat you to death. Or not.” The wraith drops but his shadow party rises to be mostly turn to dust by Baldric.</p><p></p><p>Book, “they were specters.” DM, “Too late now.”</p><p></p><p>Hearing the battle, the troglodytes take note. A guard is quickly posted and successfully let the group bluff them to move through the amphitheater. The groups move through and passes the stairwell. Moving south they come to a relaxation chamber with mood lights and water fountains. (G17) This is a safe room.</p><p></p><p>Travelling on they find teleportation circle “A” and bribe a hill giant to show them to hallway which leads to the lantern. He does but hallway three teleports them back to “F”. Exploring west four disco demons name Barlgura take note of their visit to the dancing room. Crashing the party, they break up the party and destroy disco forever.</p><p></p><p>DM Notes. We will pick this up in G8 for Ritual group and G14 for the Rabbit Group. AD&D did not go into cascading triggers on their modules. So monsters generally didn’t care what happen nearby. I kept with this mostly.</p><p></p><p>End of session 571</p></blockquote><p></p>
