Thoran “Bard” the Third Esquire Ranger Drakewarden 8, Zealot barbarian 3, Cavalier 3 Aasimar.</p><p></p><p>A splash comes out the pool and Thoran arises from the scummy water. “I Shouldn’t have taken that left turn at Albuquerque. I see you have the rod of four parts.’</p><p></p><p>Group, “On a stick!” They move out going up the ladder into Men’s Den. The wolves turn their eyes on Buildrick. Or do they. Bronwyn opens the door, steps through and disappears.</p><p></p><p>She appears at the head of table. Strahd’s table is beautifully set. Fine foods, gold and ivory place sets, and a gold goblet of blood red wine. Strahd is at the end of the eighty-to-eight-hundred-foot table. The group rushes thought the door and appear at her end of table. Strahd proposes a toast, and drinks it.</p><p></p><p>Thoran “Bard” the Third Esquire, “I am Thoran “Bard” the Third Esquire. You is ugly. Your greasy mommy is ugly. Your greasy granny is ugly.” Strahd just looks at the party unconcerned about the insults. “Come on chaps, we are leaving.” As Thoran turns the knob of the door, Strahd explodes in a swarm of bats.</p><p></p><p>Buildrick, “That is lot of bats. About twenty swarms.”</p><p></p><p>Bronwyn, “And they regenerate!” The group fights the bats, and vandalize the dining room table before they return to Death House. In the kitchen, covered in food crumbs and blood red wine stains. Moving to the second floor they enter the Conservatory. The harpsicord starts playing a tune. And the light flickers. And flickers. And the chandelier comes alive and eats Buildrick’s pet dino. It also eats Thoran’s drake. A great mess is made. They take a breath and move on.</p><p></p><p>The loot the library, they got to loot the Servant’s Room, and Bronwyn disappears. And the rest of group charges ahead. They arrive in a massive grave yard. It is miles wide. About a hundred yards apart they find each of their gravestones chiseled with their names. Buildrick chisels out his name. Keke and Bolt take recipes. Thoran resummons his drake. Meanwhile Bronwyn digs out her grave, just after she opens her coffin she disappears. It takes an hour for the rest of the group to notice. They dig out their graves.</p><p></p><p>They appear in attic which is unexplored. This part of the attic contains only old furniture and a secret stairway down to where? They ignore the door. And since the stairway is too small for the drake, Thoran has climb to the ceiling and claw a hole in the roof. The mists eat the drake. After rock paper axe, the group descend the stairs in single file. Being careful not to breath in at the same time. The arrive back at the basement. A whiny is heard.</p><p></p><p>Thoran is knocked to the ground as his missing drake returns to his arms. The group decides to exit the basement by the trapped door in the Men Den. They do discover the Inquisitor Sarusanda fighting three priests of Osybus. After defeating the priests, Sarusanda joins them. She still has not found her father. Bronwyn opens the door, steps through and disappears. And the group charges. Except for Keke.</p><p></p><p>They are back in the Conservatory. Strahd is giving a recital on the harpsicord. The group and eight other towns people are seating against the back wall.</p><p></p><p>Thoran “Bard” the Third Esquire, “I heard better music from a dying cat. You wanker!” The townspeople become undead and dog pile the heckler. They kill the audience members and find themselves back in the attic.</p><p></p><p>Hearing a thump from the attic Keke opens the hallway door, and finds himself in a kid’s room. He sees the children outside they are crying and point to him. He feels their tears on his face. He wipes them off. They reappear. The room is filling with tears. He is already ankle deep in tears. He looks around. It is just kids’ room. Tops, toys, stuffed Muppets, beds and a very locked door. Kermit grins at him. Oscar grins at him. Elmo grins at him. The Count grins at him. He is now knee deep. He rips Kermit apart. He throws Oscar into the trash. The Count is hollow. He rips the Muppet’s head off.</p><p></p><p>He appears in the attic. The group swallow some healing potions and move on. Out the attic door, into the kid’s room. Kermit grins at him. Oscar grins at him. Elmo grins at him. The Count grins at him. As Keke goes to rip apart the Count he discovers a scroll. The rest of attic is just empty of treasure.</p><p></p><p>Count Strahd, “I am waiting in the main hall.” Thoran “Bard” the Third Esquire insults him and the group decide to back track to the basement. Finding no treasure the group decides to exit the basement by the trapped door in the Men’s Den. The rod of four parts on a stick grows green.</p><p></p><p>Sonny shoves Bronwyn back down the ladder. They are trapped. They can retreat back the single file hallway or charge. But they can’t charge due to tight conditions.</p><p></p><p>Sonny, “You ruin my sleep over. Die. Die. And die again.” The group is squeezed by the hallway, and they bump and trip over each other. A nice fight happens. The heal up and.</p><p></p><p>Bronwyn, “I am not opening that door again. WE ARE BACK TRACKING.”</p><p></p><p>The group, “yes madam.” Down the ladder, up the tight stairs, down the attic stair well and into the nurse’s room which is guarded by four armored armors. The third floor has no loot except a scroll. The second floor is with out loot. The group walks down the main stairwell.</p><p></p><p>Count Strahd, “Well seven hours to fully explore the house. It is on the market. Sarusanda you may go. Your father is not here.” She leaves.</p><p></p><p>Thoran “Bard” the Third Esquire, “You mate. We killed your son twice.” The rod of four parts on stick grows green.</p><p></p><p>Sonny from upstairs, “I heard that and I am coming for you.” Bolt looks upstairs and sees Sonny’s hair foot and bunny pajamas. Thorn starts to speak as three people in red cardinal garb appear around him. “Who are you?”</p><p></p><p>“NO ONE expects the Spanish Inquisition! You coming with us.” They gather up the mouthy one and exit stage right.</p><p></p><p>The fight begins two spawn, Strahd and Sonny. One spawn drops.
