I'm glad to hear that everything is working out for you guys. Man, maybe I should go to India to lose some weight. I work with a bunch of Indian guys, that's got to account for something, right? I suspect I'd starve to death on Indian food. Some of that stuff is just awful.

Heh. We were on the "Eat Little And Walk Uphill Every Damn Day Diet." Soon to be a hit with the US dieting crowd it only requires that you have....

1. No transportation other than the feets.
2. No refrigeration for your food stores.
3. Live on a Mountain.
4. A crazy enough lifestyle that allows you to move to an area where the above is possible.

As to the aweful Indian food, my sister's the same way, hates the stuff. Me and Suzi on the other hand... well, lets just say that there was some will involved in not stuffing our little piggy bellys on 3 rupee ($0.06) samosas....

Nice to be back. Now I just have to resist the temptations of Mexican food. Funny how you can take the boy out of Texas but it's a bit harder to take the Texas out of the boy..

Mexican food is an abusive culinary relationship that one can't walk away from. It punches you in the gut and you hate it, then it says "I'm sorry baby."

"No, that was the last time."

It looks at you assuredly and replies, "Rellenos."

"I'm yours."

Our local (and favorite) Mexican place was forced to move about a year ago. They said they'd be open last summer.... Well at least the paints going up now at the new location.

Ironically enough, Rellanos are my fave.... :D

Why the hell do you people make me laugh at work, when I am UNABLE to explain to my co-workers why I'm cackling like a madman.

Hey! You outed yourself on your own message board!

(I still browse it every few days. :p )

Well, maybe, but that was Suzi's fault. She was to tickled at getting a free hotel and free meals from Bristish Airways not to tell anyone. :)

Oh my. I don't think my willpower would have lasted more than, oh, 10 seconds. Indian food is just, yummy!

Glad that you are back and happy, and that I'll get to see you guys at GenCon again this year!
