Jogging Question

Thanks for the responses everyone.

So far, I have been jogging once a day. By the time I arrive home, I'm actually too tired to try again, LOL.

In any case, I shall endeavor to jog twice a day as soon as my stamina builds up.

Make sure you stretch and warm up. Don't go for distance. Go for time instead. IOW, not X miles, but X number of minutes. If you don't have a reasonably healthy diet, change that first. Watch for stress injuries to the shins and knees. After 8 years in the Army running and/or marching (sometimes with full ruck) upward to 30 miles a week, there are some days I can barely bend my knees.
