ooc: I am here, haven't gotten too much to say, but if we want action, action it is. "I suggest we gather what information we can and meet again here tomorrow, to make judgement based on acurate intelligence." With that, Harkuf planeshifts to his own private dimension where he uses his Mirror of Mental Prowess to scry on the closest spot he know to the city. He then "walks" the point of view up by refocusing the mirror at the limits of what he can see until he can get an ariel view, then he will refocus the mirror accross the unobstructed sky until he can see Maleign. He will determine what he can from that view (better layout of the city etc.) and then he will narrow in the focus to about 300 feet away from the wall in a secluded area. He will cast Greater Invisibility on himself and open a portal to the area he is scrying. Stepping through he will approach the wall until he is about 130 feet away. He will watch the walls for a time, looking for one of the common soldiers or seargants and will cast Mind Rape on them (DC 37). He will make the soldier forget that he was effected and then return to the portal, back to his own dimension and close the mirror. Since Mind Rape allows Harkuf to know everything the soldier does, I am assuming that will give him access to all the commonly know information in the city. Since he is a soldier, he should have some idea of the chain of command. If we are lucky he may have information on and special defenses they have. Rumors would be nice as well.
